Great items! I just couldn't use all three.Mildred
Bought 2 of these for the bottom 2 shelves of my 8 cube shelf that I use by the door of my master bedroom. I had a terrible habit of throwing my shoes off when I walked in so I had been using the shelf to hide my clutter. Anyway adding these allowed me to neatly hide my shoe clutter! Perfectdimples813
Great use of space! Doesn't "lock" in tightly.
I love the additional space the piece provides!I did however glue wooden dowels under each side to keep it in place. Without the dowels, even if I only place light items on the top two quadrants, the piece leans, shakes, or even falls.Robin
Nice, beware the stickers tearing the finish off
I am using these with both Better homes cube storage, and Kallax/Expedit cube storage (see photos: BHG dark brown, Kallax Birch).
I had to take off two stars because on my second unit, pulling off a warning sticker with over aggressive glue, tore off the product finish, and this sticker was placed of the side which faces UP.. NICE. A product that was over packed with foam, damaged by its own label (see pics).
These seem to work well with light objects, and I am sure I can find a way to make them hold heavy objects as well. These look much nicer than the "H" shelves that are also available.Richard
Great, but not for ikea
I love the idea of these and they probably work perfect with Better Homesshona
It is smaller that I expected. My books, DVDs, games, and shoes don't even fit. I had better expectations on this.Royer
No strength or support. The slightest bit of weight and the whole thing flips. Absolutely not worth it. Go for the x design or the slot shelf, dont waste you time or money on this!Sara
This item is utterly worthless. There's nothing to hold it in place except for spring loaded ball bearings on the edges. It will stay in place until you put something in it, at which time it will simply fall into an X since there's nothing to support any weight whatsoever.Robert
While the item looks great, it does not "lock" into place this teetering based on which side has more weight. I bought three of these to use for items ranging from sorted mail to very light-weight paper trimmers. If these items are placed on either of the two upper sides the quad will fall out of place, landing in the "X" position and your items fall with it. The other two dividers work wonderfully. I wish BHG would have continued that idea with this "+" divider.
My final thought: Save your money or purchase some wood glue with this so you glue it in place once it's placed in the cube.Designs4U
This did not fit into the cube tightly and I would be afraid that if I put something on the shelf it would slip and fall. The idea of it seemed great, but it just did not meet my expectations.Nikki
