Advantagemat Vinyl Lipped Chair Mat
Perfect no complaints I love it. It was delivered packaged in a flat box, chair glides smoothly across it. No indentation as of yet from the wheels. Shipped fast thank you Walmart for being exceptionally outstanding with fast delivery and great merchandise.MissT
I had researched chair mats online and in person at the various office supply stores. The least expensive one at these stores was $30-40. They all had bad reviews. The low-end one at Staples received comments like "It wasn't clear - it was sort of purple" and "it really smelled bad". I checked it out at Staples. It was sort of purplish, not clear, and yes it did smell really bad. Of course, the salesperson told me the smell would go away, but I had my doubts. I then went online to Walmart.com and saw this one for about 20 bucks. It's better than all the other ones I saw that cost at least twice as much. It's clear, no plastic smell whatsoever, it even has a nice textured "icy" look about it. It's aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It also shipped to the store flat, not rolled up, so I didn't even have to spend time waiting for it to flatten out. I'm totally pleased with it. Never thought I would be so happy about a 20 buck piece of plastic from Walmart. Highly recommend it.zqzy
Best Mat on the market
This is the best mat on the market with an amazing price. The seller knows what they are doing ! This item is shipped flat in a heavy weight card board box and when unpacked it is flat as a pancake the way it should be. I have bought 2 other mats prior to this purchase and the seller rolled them up and they never would stay down and were made of a substandard material, this stays flat and in place and the material is heavy weight. Very happy with the price and product. Also purchased a fantastic chair from Walmart #812581010275 High Back Fabric Executive chair which is also one of the best chairs I have ever bought and compliments the new mat. I have a small office. Thanks to Walmart free shipping - high quality products at a very affordable price delivered to my front step.jeepers49
Chair Mat Works Fine
The mat came unfolded and unbent in a flat container, So it need no straightening out. Just plop it down in front of the computer and roll the chair over it. Not sure how long it will last, but as for now, it does all you could ask of a chair mat. And it was cheaper than the rest. For those reasons I recommend it.Daniel
Cleanner than ever
Rolling on the Cleartex Advantage Mat 36 " x 48 " is just what I expected it to be. Grips the rug without harming it. Allows me to roll freely from computer to desk and filing cabinet, unlike the rug. It's easy to clean, either by taking it outside, or wipe it with a rag. Like the size too. Holds my chair without a lot of extra to walk on.Connie

The size is perfect - it fit right in the space that I have.
I wish someone would have told me that it is not very thick.
The weight of the chair plus my weight sitting on the chair caused immediate indentations in the matt because it is resting on a carpet and not on a hard floor.Typer1
This is the 3rd "Cleartex" mat I've purchased for my Computer desk chair in the past 10, possibly, 11 years. So, putting my basic math skill to work, I've gotten an average of 3.3 years of life out of each one before they start to yellow, crack, and break down around the main chair pressure area. Which really isn't THAT bad considering, 1. This is an entry level priced mat, $20 at Walmart, (at least $40 at most "office" stores). 2. I'm a pretty good sized dude, and there's alot of back and forth pressure on the mat over that 3+ year period compliments of "yours truly", and 3. It's kind of convenient that Walmart Online can ship the mat to either your home (shipping cost required), or to your nearest Walmart (shipping paid) in flat, ready to lay out, packing. All and all, THIS mat for THIS price, can't be beat.remlap48
careful taking it out of the box.
I read in other reviews that this came in a flat box, so it could be used immediately. It came rolled up with no proper instructions on how to make it flat. I ended up having to put three heavy boxes on top of it, for three days, in order for it to be used. I was trying to avoid all that. I didnt notice until I had already taken the plastic off that the box tells you to take the plastic off in a certain way. Still have no idea how! Whatever...the thing works but it was a stupid hasslejennifer
A piece of flimsy plastic...
Don't get me wrong, it gets the job done, but after only a week of having it, there are indentations where the chair wheels sit when I am using it, and the indentations remain imprinted into the plastic even after moving the chair. I would expect this for someone overweight, but I weigh 110lbs. and I feel that it is slightly ridiculous that the floor mat can't handle that much weight without sustaining permanent indentations. Probably going to be looking for a higher grade floor mat next time I make a purchase.PixelMaster15
Mat was rolled up so that it would not unroll flat on the floor. Had to take outside and put concrete stones around the edges for several days to flatten it out so it could be used. It should have been shipped flat, not rolled up. Was not a pleasant experience. Am still trying to get it all the way flat.Douglass
